In a world that is constantly competing for our most valuable resource (time), managing our time effectively has become one of the biggest challenges for leaders today. Most people are searching for the best time management system to help them stay focused. The problem is most time management systems don't teach them how to think about time effectively, just manage it. Elsie has found that time management is more about priority management. And more importantly, around holding clear boundaries. It's about learning to effectively say "no", so you can say "yes" to things that matter most.

In this interactive session, we will look at the choices we all make that impact our time management, where we collapse into people-pleasing, and where we are sloppy with our boundaries.
