Help Me Grow, Help Me Connect, and Early Childhood Screening

As part of the new Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), the Help Me Grow (referral connection system), Help Me Connect (resource navigation system), and Early Childhood Screening Programs strive to support healthy development, early supports when there are worries, and family well-being with an equity lens. Join us as we explore how these systems and programs differ, as well as how they complement each other at the local and state levels. We will share referral trends, screening reporting, training and collaborative opportunities.
